Nearly New Books is a family owned and operated business in Red Deer that offers a wide selection of gently read books.
Vic & Jean started the business in 1996 in Comox, BC. We expanded four times before selling the store in 2007. Nearly New Books – Comox is still operating and still expanding.
Diana and Cliff opened the Red Deer store in 1997 and have also expanded four times. The store now has a computerized inventory. It is you, our customers, who have made our dream a reality.
Meet The Staff
Diana – General Manager and always ready to help a customer find the perfect book.
Cliff – Keeps our computers running, does research and manages re-stocking.
Jean – Keeps the store records and pays the bills.
Vic – Handyman, driver, gofer
Nathaniel – Teaches music, plays in a band and serves our customers.
Kobe – High school student that helps keep the store clean.
Everyone – Helps make a visit at Nearly New Books a positive experience.
